Why, if a tenant uses the pick-a-Landlord system to move into a secure tenancy, is each of these rights taken away by the government? Clearly, SSHA tenants do not want to be pushed out of their safe rentals and fair rents they enjoy towards new precarious rents with high rents under the government`s proposed guaranteed rental system.
